  Anyone. Order directly from Lucid Lighting or through a design professional or contractor.

   (Various discounts  for professionals may apply).

   What is the minimum order?

  There is no minimum. Order one or more lamps, bulbs, or replacement parts (incl. shades).

   How to order?                 major credit cards accepted

   1. Contact Lucid lighting with a request for a quote or with a PO or request for an order.

   2. Lucid lighting will call, fax or e-mail you back (state preference) with an order confirmation for a PO

       or a quote for a quote request.

       You will be contacted back with  costs, prices and delivery time estimates.

   3. Send a check or  use a  major  credit card for the deposit ( 100% prepaid) of the quoted cost.

       When we receive your check or charge your card, the order is scheduled.

     delivery in (6-8 weeks)/ / Fast track $100 extra/fixture (guaranteed 6 weeks).

       You will be contacted with an order confirmation# and a date for your shipment.

       If bulbs or replacement parts are ordered, they can often be shipped as soon as your payment  is

       received or next business day.    

    4. Up-charges / Extra long lengths for pendants (longer than "standard") +$75/every add. 6 feet

    5. Shipping = +3% - +6%  of the list price (depending on size of light)

    6. Warranty - Lights will be replaced or repaired for damage due to materials or workmanship.

        Bulbs and dimmers have a limited life and can be purchased from us for replacement.

        There is a nominal charge for replacement of dimmers in table lamps.
