HOW TO ORDER?

 

  Who can order?

  Anyone can order directly from Lucid Lighting. Various discounts  for professionals may apply.

   What is the minimum order?

  There is no minimum order. Order one lamp or replacement part (shades, bulbs or missing parts).

  How to contact Lucid Lighting to order?

   How to order              major credit cards accepted

   1. Contact Lucid lighting with a request for a quote or with a PO or request for an order.

   2. Lucid lighting will call, fax or e-mail you back (state preference) with an order confirmation for a PO

       or a quote for a quote request.

       You will be contacted back with prices and costs.

   3. Send a check or  by major  credit card for the deposit (either 50% or 100%) of the quoted cost.

       When we receive your check or charge your card, the order is scheduled.

       100% deposit guarantees delivery in (8 weeks)/ 50% (10 weeks)/ Fast track $100 extra/fixture (6 weeks).

       You will be contacted with an order confirmation# and a date for shipping to you.

       If parts are ordered they can often be shipped as soon as your check is received.

   4. Up-charges / Metal plating - +12% /bronze, verdi +10%/ burnished +5% /

                       machine polished + lacquered +12%

    5. UL listing on ceiling and Sconces +$16/fixture

    6. Shipping = +6% of the base price (before up-charges)
